P3D Realist Manual on the Web?

Bob Maxey mentioned seeing a Stereo Realist Instruction Manual posted on
the Web (presumably in HTML/Web page format), but I seem to recall a
discussion on P3D that copyright issues caused this to be pulled.  I'd
like to hear off-list more about this, if anyone knows.  I'm pondering
putting up a website...
