The 3-D field sequental format movies are much much better than
the anaglyph format videos. There is some flicker but you tend
to ignore it after awhile. As Marcus Warrington mentions the
Vrex glasses are the best deal in town, or is that in the world!
After buying them, I was in the market for 3-D movies. Ray Hannisian
produced the demo tape that comes with the Vrex LCS glasses and he
mentioned off-list that he will be coming out with some new exciting
titles. I did buy two videos of his videos, "Travels in Guatemala" and
"Hot Air Ballooning in the Colorado Rockies" which I enjoyed watching.
I especially liked the second half of Colorado Rockies where there
is some really effective 3-D footage of skiers at Aspen.
The two above titles are available from Vrex and other titles from
Ray's site at,
http://www.ray3d.com/video.html
So anything else availabe out there?
Gabriel
