This and a recent post by Bill are both unclear as to exactly
what is being done.  Are his views submitted just as though
he is going to sell them, commissions deducted, and then he
makes a donation equal to the net proceeds?  Or are the views
themselves actually donated to NSA?  I know the bottom line
sounds like the same thing, but if he is merely donating the
net funds at the end of the day, it does partly explain the
"blank stare" sort of response I got to inquiries about
donating slides for the auction.
