Anyone who is considering making 360 degree QT-VR images should check
out...
http://www.panavue.com
and download their Visual Stitcher software (starnard, not SC version).
At a fraction of the cost of the Apple program, it seems to do a pretty
good job of stitching together several photos into a large panoramic
image. Then, take your newly generated image and "360" it and save in
QT-VR format.
Hope this helps,
Ron
P.S. The usual disclaimers RE: association w/ the company exist (i.e. I
don't have any!). It was the only package I found out there on a yahoo
search that would do the job.
