P3D PePax Challenge

Let me pose a very specific question:

Suppose that I take a portrait using 135 mm lenses and a stereo
base of 7.5" and view it with a viewer with 45 mm lenses.
I am fairly close to my subject and the portrait is "tight"
(face mainly).

Will I notice anything unsual about the resulting stereo image
or will I be let to believe that I am looking at a close up
of a real person? What are the deformations that I will see?
Under what conditions?

I do notice a gigantism when I see these pictures (but not twice
enlarged). Being familiar with the subject can be a problem
(i.e. we know how large people are). But what happens when we
see an unfamiliar image?
