Yeah. Buy a real stereo camera.

I started with the stereo adapter. It was difficult to get the mirrors
right. The threads were so shallow, the attachment kept falling off the
front of my camera. And, the quality of the pictures was poor -- the
mirrors seemed to introduce some fuzziness. Believe me, my standard 35mm
photos did not have this problem!

OK, the adapter is fine if you just want to fool around a bit. But if that
is so, I recommend taping two single-use cameras together. The results will
be vastly better.

If you seriously want to get involved with stereo photography, get one of
those 50's cameras or put two 35mm cameras on a slidebar.
