P3D Stereo Depth / Telebinoculars

>>Calling something "3d photography' is clearly perception based,
and stereo photography may be as well,

So I has to ask if I shoot a photograph in which the closest object is 1000
miles away..a mountain range for example, and I use a stereo camera, is the
image stereo because I used a Realist, or is it non stereo because depth is
not readily apparent. In other words, are all photos made with a stereo
camera stereo images, regardless of how much stereo there is?

Is it safe to call any photograph taken with a stereo camera a stereo
photograph, even though it may lack depth? Seems to me that there will be
stereo separation no matter how far away the closest point is.

I will tell you right now, I personally favor extreme depth or even
exaggerated depth, I love hyper and hypo stereo. But that is my preference.

Lets get off this argument, and let me ask a stereo equipment question: Who
here uses one of those Keystone(?) Telebinocular viewers (I am going on
memory here - I was reminded of this device when I saw one in a past issue
of Stereo World), and what can I expect to pay for one?
