I was asked why I did not provide a detailed report on our Meeting
last Tuesday (Ohio Stereo Photographic Society).  Well, we had a
great time!  It is that simple!  

SSA General Secretary Bill Patterson impressed me for being very
knowledgeable, flexible (going from BW negatives with old stereo
cameras to Velvia in a Realist and computer 3d is a big step!)
and very sharp.  He talked about the history of SSA and showed 
some wonderful stereo views (copies in projection) from early SSA
work (1910-1930).  Fascinating!

In the second part we had open projector.  Saw pictures from the NSA
convention in Richmond, Chuck Weiss' wedding from the 50s and other
unique and interesting slides.

In our meeting next month (first Tuesday) we will show a great 2x2x2
program, Michigan Magic.  Plus, our first (Open) slide competition.

Big meeting in Detroit tonight!  President Derek Gee will show
another 3d movie with his super 8 projector (anaglyph).  The first
competition is "Open".  It will be interesting to see if Dennis Hanser
can repeat his stelar performance of last year (first with highest
point count ever).  I'll do my best to stop him! :-)

Last night I prepared my entries for the Potomac and Detroit PSA Salons.
There is still time to enter both, but time is running short.
