That's not how I read it.  I think the lens/shutter assembly on EITHER of
those two models can be replace with a stereo lens/shutter block.

 Thats how I read it to and the sychronisation is described as mechanical
also the shift board enabling one of the lenses to be centred and removing
the participation (partition?) wall to produce panoramic shots implies that
both lenses are in the same body. This is a similar arrangement to cameras
such as the Gaumont stereo Jumele only there the partition wall did not
have to be removed as it was atatched to the shift board and so was moved
to one side with the the board.
