P3D Flash info

While searching for some flash information I stumbled across a page on
the METZ website that discussed multiple firings of a single flash to
get enough light either because the flash is too weak for a large area
or because the f-stop required is so small.

There is a link on the page to their formula. While this is not
specifically 3D it sure could be handy to 3D photographers at times.
