P3D What's right, what's wrong?

>Or how about turning this around? What were you doing *right* six
>months ago?

Mike Canter, you are confusing me! Let's see. Tom was saying "what am
I doing wrong?" when he claimed that stereo photography was simple.
Back then I replied that stereo photography (the way Tom was practicing
it) is not that simple. Now Tom found deep complexities (even with
his Realist-format cameras) and I maintain that it is easy. So, Mike,
you are saying that I was right six months ago? Stereo photography is
more complicated than I make it sound today?

The truth is, I don't like extremes. I don't like statements like
"the 1/30 rule DOES NOT WORK". Stereo photography with 1 or 2 SLRs,
*slide film and projection* is not easy. Stereo photography within the
Realist format system (including mounting by Kodak) is not as difficult
as some people think.

Realist is great!!!

There! I have not moved a single inch the past 6 months! :-)
