Yes, who know? 
In the book: "The World of 3D Movies"(200pages), by Eddie Sammons
(Printed in UK 1992). On page 74, I found this: "Sea Dreams. Production
made for Marineland. Florida 1978.  Limited commercial showings.... 
Apparently the first official 3-D film ever shown at the Cannes Film
Festival. System; Spacevision, Eastman Color 23min. Nature and life...
Other members of the prod.team; Billie Steiner, Bill A.Stensvold, Ernest
McNabb and Jordan Klein. narration: Alexander Scourby."

It seems that Eddie Sammons in his book tries to cover all 3-D film
produced in whatever format, purpose or availability. I would guest that
most of the 3-D movies mentioned in his book has never been seen by p3d
list members!
