Yes, I've seen it. It was produced by Murray Lerner, one of the pioneers of
stereo cinema, for Sea World FL.  I believe he also produced "Magic
Journeys", the first 3D film at DisneyWorld.

Sea Dreams suffered from serious parallax violations... especially since I
saw it screened in a relatively small room! Sort of a "Into the Deep" of
it's day! (Or Black Lagoon minus the Creature?)Magic Journeys was, in my
opinion, a much better stereo film which incorporated many trick/matte shots
I'd never seen attempted in stereo before.
