P3D VM shutter bounce and Realist colour prints

Who can fix the shutter bounce on my VM Personal and how much does it
usually cost?

I wanted to get some C 41 Realist prints done and see, from the list,
that Grand Photo and Photo Works both do them, but there is a large
difference in price.  Does anybody have any opinions on the quality of
their work?
