Perhaps you are already sorted, but if not, try David Burder's
company:

        http://www.stereoscopy.com/3d-images/

or Karran Paper Products (sorry, no address to hand, but they
       are somewhere near Newbury).

There are several inexpensive US sources, but they won't get here in
time. :(

Try Stereosoc members in your area?
Bob Aldridge (Project3D@xxxxxxx) is a fount of knowledge and
      contacts.

        Marcus Warrington lives near you?

The Applied Robotic Research Centre at Salford does a lot of
3-D stuff - if you should contact Prof Bob Stone, remeber me to
       him!

If all else fails, buy some Lee filter sheets from any decent
photographic shop (lighting gels, they are very cheap), cut them up
(they are about 20 by 30 inches) and mount them in stereo mounts.
(I've made a lot of red/cyan filters that way, and use the old
stereosoc cardboard mounts, which I stopped using for mounting
stereoslides in years ago, but they make a fine 'lorgnette')!

Ooh, I like that idea, I might copy it to Photo-3D!
(i did)

Good luck,

Jeremy
