Usually I just pass over comments of this nature, however, this
particular assination of APS really bothered me. My wife uses the APS
"system" (i.e. camera and film) to photograph our children at various
family functions. I bought it for her because it is easy to load, easy
to shoot, easy to store the negatives and has three size formats.

I have also used this format to get great "cha cha" prints to view with
my ViewMagic viewer. And, one day I will probably even have a scanner
that accepts the APS cartridges.

I have seen no degradation in quality between our APS prints and our
35mm prints. I don't have a need to enlarge anything to poster size or
above which might highlight the grain differences.

With the stiff competition in the photo industry today, it really amazes
me that Kodak, Fuji & others actually came together to agree on a
standard format which became APS. Maybe if they had done it years ago
we'd still be using 120 cartridges instead of 35mm or APS. Remember
those? Just drop in and wind.

IMHO,
Ron
