OK, got the scoop:

The ad for the Kiss concert is on page c59 of the Sept 25 issue of LA
Weekly.  The concert is Halloween Night at Dodger Stadium.  The ad is a
passable conversion (one of those 15 min jobs ;-) )  but, hey, it's Kiss.
"Never Before Seen in 3-D"  (at least they sound flat ;-) )

The ad is credited to Graphic Factor in Pasadena.

On page c58, they have an ad:

"Missing your pair of limited edition KISS psycho circus 3-d glasses?

"Call 323-993-3691 and a pair will be sent to you"

Don't know if this will work outside the LA area, so FYI
