P3D Tri Vision and Telebinocular

Can anybody tell me anything about either of the following:

Haneel Tri Vision camera.  I love the way it looks, but that's all I
know!

I was at this antique store and they had a stereoscope called the
Keystone Telebinocular.  It was green, had distance marks along the
tongue and instead of a handle, had an upside down U shaped piece of
metal to hold on to.  It was in (the original?) a box with about a
dozen stereo card that looked like eye tests.  How old is this and
what is the value?
