I remember my first attempt at stereo pictures. In my early teens (about
1970) when I had my first 35mm camera. I tried taking pairs of pictures.
Then I busted apart a ViewMaster viewer and tried to get them lined up
inside. I thought that there must be a better way to do this. It wasn't
till about 1987 that I found my first Realist and I wondered where had
these been all my life. I took photo classes in high school and college
and I don't think they ever mentioned stereo.
