I do a good deal of nudist / naturist photography, including stereo
nudes, and I currently just send it to Clark labs. They have yet to
squawk about the nudes depicted. They also have never "lost" any of my
film.

I rather doubt that this is their policy, but I have not sent any
nudes to a Kodak processing plant. It may be the policy if the photos
are sexual, as opposed to simply nude as my nudist and naturist photos
are.

I used to give my pictures to local labs. I simply told them ahead
of time that the pictures contained non-sexual nudity, and asked if
they had a problem with that. My problem with them was that they
generally did a very poor job of centering the prints, and they
overscanned them, losing around 25% of the image. Since I was doing
beam-splitter stereo, this was unforgivable.
