In Photo-3d Digest 3002 Bob Aldridge says:

>Well, I was appalled at the general standard of mounting at NSA

>or three shows where the mounting was accurate. The others
>varied from various grades of window violation down to "shouldn't
>be projected at all"...

Bob, how well do you remember? I presented a show titled "Caving
in the Third Dimension". Was this one of the two or three good
ones or one of the "shouldn't be projected at all"?

I have worked very hard at improving my mounting from the early
days (less than three years ago) when Dr. T asked if I even knew
what the stereo window was! I now think that my mounting is at
least very good if not excellent. I would be very interested in
hearing if you or anyone else believes differently and would have
any suggestions for improvement.

I am serious about this and not being snide. If I am going to make
a video on the RBT jig to Spicer mount then I had better be doing
an excellent job first.

I will agree that there was some less than optimal mounting at
NSA 98, but there was also a lot more than two or three good
shows.

Thanks for the time,
