I am 42 (in 18 days - stereo birthday gifts gladly accepted) and 
started three years ago. Had I been exposed to stereo photography 
at the time I was "normal" photography (about 12) I would have 
never taken a flat photograph.

My son (now 11) was interested as soon as I was (when he was 8). 
At NSA 97 I bought him paired Olympus XA's from Joel at Rocky 
Mountain Memories and he has been happily shooting prints in the 
View Magic format ever since. He has taken them to school and 
amazed his friends, but so far no converts.
