P3D Lucid Dreams

In my limited experience, once you realize it's only a dream, you try to
do things that you couldn't normally do and not get hurt, like jump off
of bridges and out of airplanes. But for me, soon after it dawns on me
that it's not real, I wake up. Maybe with practice you can get better at
it.
