P3D 3D and Filters

The ability to easily use polarizers and other filters is one of the
main reasons I use twin synched SLR's for most of my stereography.
Polarizers give a distinct and noticeable improvement to color
saturation under many conditions.  Other types such as warming filters
and enhancing filters are alway in my bag of tricks and they're used
extensively.  I guess the gist of the inquiry is aimed at methods of use
with traditional stereo cameras.  I've got no help for you there,
unfortunately.  It's gotta be difficult.
