Okay, I give up! I mean trying to scan live bugs with
my flatbed scanner. Rather than being a depth-bed scanner
it was a death-bed scanner for those poor little critters.

Anyways, I went down to the basement and got myself one
juicy little sucker and put him (at least I think it's a
him) to dehydrate in my Ronco food dehydrater. It took a
while so I helped the process along with a hair dryer. 

After the bug was living impaired, I cleaned off the mess
from my other failed experiments and proceeded to do a 3-D
scan on the bug. I think he came out pretty well and you
can see him as an anaglyph at,
