  I have on that I use with my Realist. I
have the flash on the right side of the camera
(viewed from rear) so that my left hand
can press the shutter release.

  For distances of about 8 ft and further
my Metz 45 works fine without the wide
adapter. At shorter distances you start
to get a dark section at the bottom of
the photo due to the flash not covering
that far down. Then the wide angle adapter
help.
