P3D cutting combined mounts in 2

Hello
I have a query regarding polarized projection and hope someone could
please inform me of whether or not to proceed. In a few weeks I will
present my photoscience folio for second year Scientific Imaging course.
I have shot strobe, UV and stereo assignments on 35mm transparency and
mounted my work using Steve Spicer's close up Realist mounts and some 8
perforation mounts. I do intend to show this work at the Victorian 3d
Society meeting in December, however prior to this is my assessment and
if I cannot borrow a proper 3d projector I am considering the
possibility of cutting the masks in half (almost) to suite the normal
carousel projectors. I was wondering if this will work and if it does
are there any specifications for distance of the twin projectors from
the standard size portable silver screen and projector separation.
I would appreciate any feedback
Regards

Bart Kelsey
