P3D Re: The 3-DVG Effect

On 10/24/98 Bruce Springsteen disclosed his experience with the 3-DVG Effect,
i.e., the Dunkley Effect, after Julesz.   Boris Starosta followed up with his
comments but not before prefacing them with the fact that he may not have
utilized the proper viewing device for detecting the Effect.  Peter Homer
commented on Starosta's analysis and also intoned that he did not have a pair
of the 3-DVG glasses for observation.  Finally, Abram Klooswyk,  still  fuming
from our 1995 meeting in Atlanta, chimed in with his sharpened comments.  

Abram calls me a magician because  even before trying the glasses, he
challenged me, that they could not possibly work.  After viewing ordinary
magazine pictures he refused to say what he had experienced and I remember
verbally picking on him until he acknowledged that he had, indeed, perceived
the flat magazine picture in "3-D."   I guess his comments are his way of
getting back at me.  I actually believe he feels I hypnotized him that day.
For the record, I had to look at the effect many times a day for up to a year
before I could actually believe what I was seeing.

In any event, I wish to send complimentary 3-DVG initiation model units to all
three of you.  Could you please send me your mailing addresses?  Regarding a
timely response to the three transmissions, I will be tied up in classes until
Wednesday of next week and will not be able to respond till then.
