P3D Retard

I really hate to beat a horse to death, but once again, forget the need for
circular polarizers in stereo projection. The cost is not worth it, and it
is far simpler to use a linear type. Besides, using circular polarizers can
cause problems because the viewing glasses are not circularlly polarized as
a general rule. You can also end up with problems in filter separation if
you make your own by combining retarders with polarizers. When you combine
types, you can also end up with artifacts related to inaccurate
polarization.
