No, actually they're not.  The sale is being offered over on ebay.
The sell-3d posting is just a notification that something is
forsale elsewhere.  I'm not arguing against the ebay notes, I'm
just saying that such a posting isn't itself an offer to sell
or buy anything.  It's an indirection pointer.  :-)

P.S. - I personally don't think it matters.  If it's something that interests
       me, I probably would have found it myself on ebay.  I have a couple
       dozen "canned" search-engine searches that I go through often.  One
       of them, for instance, does a seller-search on Dalia, so I can frequently
       check what she has to sell even though I usually get outbid on hers except 
       for the ones where I don't meet the reserve -- I've "won" those from her.  :-)
