P3D Photoshop Plug In?

This is truly a shot in the dark, but I thought I'd ask.

I wonder if anyone here has ever programmed a plug in module for Adobe Photoshop?
If so, kindly drop me a note at wier@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx There are possibilities for
both lists which could use custom modules (such as georeferencing and JPS generation...)
