On the other hand, Dan, let's not gush all over an inferior form of
stereo just because it *is* stereo.

Lenticulars taken with Nimslo/Nishika/Image Tech cameras suffer from a
number of problems, not the least of which is the hypo lens spacing
which limits the overall depth in the image (even the outer pairs are
hypo compared to nominal eye separation), and the relative lack of
sharpness in the final image due to limitations of the camera lenses,
the multiple printing steps and the lenticular screen itself.

Sure, ultra-high-quality (and ultra-high-$$) lents exist and can be
rather impressive when backlit and all.  But let's not fool ourselves
that this is what you get back from Image Tech, because it isn't.
Nimslo/Nishika/Image Tech did not/are not taking the photo industry by
storm, and Image Tech is their third try.  In this case, third time
doesn't appear to be the charm.
