I did say "reasonably" affordable. I currently pay $.35 per print for
prints I use because I want better quality than I can get at Sams Club
or Wal-Mart. Lenticulars cost just over twice that, and considering tha
they are 3 images in one, that makes them a better deal... ;-)
Let's face it, it's all personal opinion, and that ia all about what
_YOU_ like. I am careful to shoot only thinks that I know will work well
in Lenticular 3D. Those images come out spectacular. I use my lenticular
P&S camera just like my Minolta and my twinned XA2's. They are all on
the same level for me, and all provide a similar level of enjoyment.
It's about which one appears to be the right camera for the situation I
find myself in. (Sometimes, that is more than one of them...) =)
Joel Alpers have P&S Lenticular cameras for less than most regular 2D
P&S cameras, so they are readily, affordably available. I think it is
one of the currently available, viable 3D photography options. Granted
it's not for everyone, but it is great for some.
Enough said...
