P3D VM Super 12X Mk II

I've heard many of you saw that the Super 12X Mk II is teh best VM
viewer that ever was.  Are you looking at stock reels or Personal
reels?  If they're Personal, what film do you use?  Somebody suggested
to me that 100 asa film would be too grainy when magnified that much
and you would have to shoot 25 asa or even 10 asa to achive good
results at 12 time magnification.
