A while back, someone sent in the address of an EBAY FAQ that 
had bidding strategies, tips, etc. etc. I went to the page and 
read it with interest but, of course, did not bookmark it. Could
the original poster or someone else who went there and had the
forethought to make a bookmark, please post the URL again. I am
particularly interested in the section about Dutch Auctions.
