"Lightwave 3D is a solid modeling and rendering program, geared to art
and
animation (as opposed to, say, engineering or architecture.) You have
seen
it's output on many TV shows and movies, including "Babylon 5" "Xena"
"Men
In Black" (the opening dragonfly) and "Titanic". Visit their website for
more propaganda:

I checked it out. Looks good but very expensive?
"No, those sunflowers are a Lightwave trick. Perhaps the navigation of
my
site is not as self-evident as I assumed. (Time to redesign?) Point your
browser to:
http://www.aifx.com/3D_HOME.html
You will note a paragraph of text beginning: "Before we proceed..." You
will note some underlined, colored text: "_anaglyph_" "_parallel
pairs_"
"_transverse pairs_" These are links to pages with stereos in the
respective formats. Click on them, you'll find some of my conversions.
One
of these days I'll get around to putting up some new pix."
I saw the conversions which are pointed out on the transverse pair
page. I particularly like the butterflies and the trees image in
anaglyph form. Great depth in the trees and good use of colour contrast
between the butterflies and the trees. The Flying Dolphins are quite a
conversion too but a little too "artificial" for me.In general, the
anaglyphs work best for me on your site.
"Well, thanks for the feedback."
Thank you for sharing your images and expertise with us.
