I don't know... But I know a couple of people who got their pictures
mounted for free (like it happened to you) and then liked it and kept
on doing it sending it through the same route to get them mounted.

You can easily remount any picture you want.  The real danger to have your
film cut improperly (i.e., not centered between two perforations).
