Incidentally, the reason movement looks "funky" in video captures is the
same reason that 3D video works--there are really to separate pictures
"interlaced" (mixed together on alternate rows of pixels) in a standard
NTSC image. Photoshop is able to separate out either image field,
interpolating the alternate field so that the picture looks normal. This is
also how you would separate the two images in an AF stereo image. Not many
other programs are capable of doing this.
