P3D Giant Hyper-stereo Viewer

       I remember reading (several years ago) about a giant 
       hyper-stereo viewer that was installed like a piece of 
       sculpture in a park.  The thing was set up so that a person 
       could stand in particular spot and view a city in the distance 
       stereoscopically.  But I can't remember where I read about it. 
       Has anybody here ever seen it, or the article about it? (I 
       think it was in Stereo World or Stereoscopy).  I'd like more 
       information about it.
