Mmmm.. I can't see how lying on your side would produce any
3D effect (although I CAN see how it woul'd give you a headache!)

Since the stereo effect is formed by horizontal parallax, lying on your
side means that although the images are now side by side; the parallax
is now in the vertical direction (orientated to your new head position); giving
massive veritical misalignment. To make it worse the alignment will be
different over differing areas of the image.. i.e. things at the window will be
aligned properly whereas thing behind/infront of the window will be further and
further out of alignment relative to their depth.

I have the same issue with ViewMagic prints that are printed in the Stereocopic
Society Journal, not having a viewer I cant freeview them !

If they where printed side by side I could freeview them and anyone who couldn't, could
still have a viewer to aid them.. all in all I'm not a big ViewMagic fan.

Yeahh.. like sitting in the front room wearing a "broken" set of sunglasses
on the off chance that some shots might be "pulfich".. :)

My wife thinks I'm mad... woof.. woof..
