Greetings 3dlings,
The news story on John Bairds 3-D photography will finally air today (Nov
26, 1998) in Kansas City:
KCTV-5
6pm News
It will also be fed on the CBS regional feed, and possibly the CBS national
feed, so conceivably it could end up in other markets today or tomorrow.
Let us know if it gets seen in any other cities.
On another subject I wrote:
>>One inexpensive solution to converting stereo-video to prints...Feed the
shots into your computer and capture the image...You can then edit it in
your favorite
graphics program and print it out...<<
Marvin Jones Responded:
>>>If we are talking about alternate field video here (which I think was the
original idea) there are a couple of hitches which add to the budget...<<<
I was thinking of split image videography which produces side-by-side
pairs, not alternate field video. My method would work if one was placing a
"beam-splitter" in front of the video camera, not the alternate field video
device. My mistake.
Happy Turkey Day...think I'll eat 3-dddrumbsticks today!
