It's a small fold-up, clip-on attachment to the Realist camera, which 
basically consists of a close-up lens and a holder that holds a small card 
about two inches in front of the close-up lens. You can write details 
about the film, as well as your address, on this card and use the first 
frame on each roll of film to "ID" your film, in case it gets lost. It 
also helps to keep track of the film-number, if you wish.

Simple, clever, and I doubt that too many people are actually using it ...
