P3D Kodak Stereo Processing?

I've got a fair number of rolls of slide film shot with my Realist from
Halloween and Thanksgiving that I need to process and mount.

I believe that some have said on list that you can take your film to Costco
(or other locations) and when specifying Kodak Premium Processing, you can
just note "Stereo Slides, Process and Mount" or something like that, and
that Kodak will process and mount for you.

1. Is this still true?

2. What do you write, where, and how many times to insure they don't chop up
the roll into 2x2 mounted slides?

3. About how much does this cost?

4. Any horror stories that make this a bad idea?

I am willing to remount the ones they screw up, and even if they screw up
the mounting on 25 percent of them, remounting 30 slides is less work that
mounting all 120 or so.
