Well, you are doing it wrong :-) You are adjusting the projector to
match the infinity on the screen. In my opinion, this is not a good
thing to do. Then, you want an viewer to be "critical" so you can "get
it right the first time".
I have good news for you: You can use the viewers that you have now and
mount your slides wrong, i.e. with the infinity on the stereo window.
Then you will not have any problem in projection. You might not like
what you are seeing in the viewer, but, apparently, you like the same
thing in projection.
I don't understand why you want to put in infinity on the screen when
in reality the screen is only 10-20 ft or so from your eyes. This
practice can eliminate ghosting but it is unnatural and ghosting is
only a problem in isolated cases. Perhaps you can explain the reasons
for your preference?
