P3D Re: Removal of the spring clips

Maybe I missed, it, Bob, but did you ever post HOW you do it?  I 
understand that you remove the clips without removing the four screws 
and the frame, but I don't know  how you remove the clips.  Do you 
use a small screwdriver, pliers, your fingernails, or what?  Do you 
absorb the spring tension and lift them off, or do you just 
slide them across the bakelite ledge, hoping the ledge doesn't chip?
