P3D Aerial stereo questions

I am pondering whether to take a huge risk by pursuing a unique
3D photo market opportunity. I have to make a major decision by
Wed. morning, and my "send mail" has been down, and there was
speculation that Calcite had been down also. Bad timing!

The particular opportunity I am pondering will likely require
shooting L-R images, sequentially, from a helicopter, at night.
Is that a bit of a stereo photo challenge? ;-) Anyone have
experience shooting from a helicopter? What would be a safe
shutter speed to avoid motion blur problems from the chopper's
vibrations while hovering or just creeping forward?

Approximately what EI will I need to use to get a usable exposure
at a safe shutter speed/fstop combination? I'll probably shoot
with an SLR; it will be a hyper shot and all the scene will most
likely be at infinity as far as focus for the lens in use, so DOF
should not be too great a concern.

Would it be better to try to find 1600 ISO film (?), shoot 800
pushed to ____, or 400 pushed to _____? Thoughts on relative
merits of Kodak Max or Fuji 800 for this?

At the required EI, will I be past the point where grain will
make the shots useless for an anaglyph print?

If anyone can provide any fast assistance, it will be most greatly
appreciated!!
