P3D MISCCC?

I just finished looking at an auction on e-bay for a Kilburn stereoview 
which contained the following description:

"I do know that the 55,000 of you that belong to the Main International 
Stereoview Cards Collectors Club can merely look up this Kilburn Brothers 
Photo card #3167 and know exactly what card this is, its rarity, value, age, 
etc., to help you to place your bids accordingly".

Does anyone know what this "Main International Stereoview Cards Collectors 
Club" is?
