My RBT X4-B weighs 1282 grams. My Nikormat with 105mm lens weighs 1178grams.
Price was $2150 1 1/2 years ago, but is slightly higher now.
If you buy the full-frame ("B") version, you don't need to remount 95% of the
2x2 slides for viewing in a Franca or pinsharp viewer. The down side of this
is that you have to keep the pairs together. The higher slide number should be
on the left. There are no auto feed 2x2x2 viewers that I know of.
For projection in realist format, you would have to remount and adjust the
horizontal spacing so that the convergence and divergence is within the +/-
1mm
limits demanded for projection. Masking down may also be required.
For projection in 2x2x2 format, the horizontal positions may have to be
readjusted to avoid moving one of the twin projectors with each slide.
