No Subject

Hi everyone! I'm relatively new to 3D but not to photography. Have shot
some slides with a Revere 33 in the past month. Would like to make
anaglyphs that I can email to friends who have red/blue glasses. My wife
is graphic designer and we have two Mac OS work stations and Agfa
Duoscan. Would like to know if there is website with instructions or
software to streamline the process, or do we just tinker in Photoshop
until we get it right?

So far have scanned one slide and converted to b&w RGB. Attempted to
delete Green channel, but it turns to Cyan/Yellow. Our plan is to next
turn left frame blue, so it becomes invisible to right eye wearing blue
lens, and Right frame red, so invisible to left eye with red lens. Does
this sound right or are we reinventing the wheel?
