Yes, I have.  A few years ago Michael Starks (of 3-D TV Corp) gave me a
sheet of plastic to place over an anaglyphic red/blue 3-D comic page.  With
this sheet the 3-D comic page was then viewable with polarizing 3-D
glasses.  Who would have thought of something as stereo esoteric as this
but Michael Starks?  But it worked.

I believe Michael simply laminated a sheet of red polarizer to a sheet of
green polarizer with the linear axes of the polarizers properly oriented
for the 3-D glasses.
